This Privacy Policy applies to the Smallie app (hereinafter referred to as "Application"), managed by Feedyblockz Australia. This document outlines how we protect your information, how ads are posted on the platform, and guidelines for compliance with Google services.
1. Data Protection and Privacy Policy (Your Data Rights)
At Smallie, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and other applicable privacy laws in Australia.
2. Collection of Personal Information
We collect personal information when you register, create business listings, post ads, interact with users, or contact us. This information is used only for legitimate business purposes.
Types of information we may collect:
Name, email address, business phone number, and business details (optional except for a valid email).
Payment information for invoices (not stored on our platform).
Usage data, including cookies and device type (non-personal).
Contact forms on your business listing for user inquiries. Responses are at your discretion.
Note: We do not collect precise location information from your mobile device.
3. Data Storage and Security
We store your data on secure servers with industry-standard encryption, firewalls, and access protocols. While we strive to protect your information, no electronic system is completely secure. In the event of a suspected breach, we will notify users promptly via their registered email address.
4. Non-Personal Information
We may use cookies and similar technologies to analyze traffic and improve functionality, including browser type and device type.
5. Service Enhancement
Connect users with businesses and services.
Classify ads based on category, content, or service type.
6. Communication
Send account updates, respond to inquiries, or share platform changes.
7. Third-Party or Overseas Sharing
Trading: We do not sell or share personal information without your consent.
Overseas Sharing: We only disclose personal information when legally required.
Legal Compliance: Personal information may be disclosed in response to legal obligations.
Third-Party Providers: Payment processors (PayPal, Stripe, ANZ, WooCommerce) may receive minimal required data.
8. Google Services Integration
We use Google services in compliance with Google’s policies. This includes Google Analytics for non-personal data tracking. We do not use Google Maps or collect location data.
9. Posting Guidelines
Users must post accurate, lawful content that aligns with community standards.
10. Deletion of Content
We reserve the right to remove posts, articles, or listings that:
Violate our policies or community guidelines.
Contain false, offensive, or harmful information.
Are irrelevant or inappropriate for the platform.
11. User Age Limit
Users must be 13 years or older. For users under 13, parental or guardian guidance is recommended. By using the platform, you confirm compliance with this requirement.
12. Data Access
Users can access or update their personal information anytime through their account dashboard.
13. Content Deletion
Users may delete their posts, articles, or business listings via their account dashboard or by contacting support.
14. Account Deletion
Account deletion requests are honored upon verification. All associated data will be removed, except where retention is required by law.
15. Security
Industry-standard security measures are implemented; however, no platform is completely risk-free.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted with an updated review date, and users with valid emails will be notified.
17. Refund Policy
Payments for listings and ads are generally final and non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., business closure due to natural disaster).

19. Ads Policy (Google-Compliant)
We allow users to post advertisements on the platform. All ads must comply with our policies and Google Ads standards. Posting prohibited ads may result in removal or account suspension.
Prohibited Ads and Content
Ads or links must NOT contain:
Adult content, sexually explicit material, or pornography.
Violence, hate speech, or harassment.
Discriminatory or defamatory content.
Drugs, illegal substances, or paraphernalia.
Weapons, explosives, or unsafe products.
Gambling, betting, or unlicensed financial services.
Misleading or deceptive claims.
Malware, spyware, or phishing links.
Personal information of others without consent.
Technical Guidelines
Images must not be offensive, copyrighted without permission, or misleading.
URLs must not lead to prohibited or unsafe websites.
Ads should accurately describe the product/service being offered.
Moderation
We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove ads at our discretion.
Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Users are responsible for the content of their ads and ensuring it meets legal and regulatory standards.
Compliance with Google Policies
Ads posted must adhere to Google Ads Policy.
We do not guarantee ad approval by Google; users must follow Google’s content guidelines.
